Delete your Bind account

You can permanently delete your Bind account and its associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Bind and sign in.
  2. Go to You (profile) → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email operation@tcg-bind.app from the address on your account and request deletion. We verify ownership and delete within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, listings, vault, uploaded photos, messages, and location data are permanently removed.

For fraud-prevention and legal compliance we retain a one-way hashed record of the account email (to prevent immediate re-registration) and any records we are legally required to keep. Nothing that identifies you is kept beyond that.
